Plating Rectifier (PEC Type) – Lifetronics

A Plating Rectifier is a DC power supply designed specifically for electroplating processes such as zinc plating, nickel plating, copper plating, chromium plating, silver plating, and gold plating. Since plating requires low voltage but very high current, rectifiers ensure a stable, ripple-free DC output so that the coating is uniform, durable, and high quality.
The PEC Plating Rectifier from Lifetronics is engineered for industrial electroplating applications where stable, ripple-free DC output is critical for uniform coating thickness and plating quality. With a power rating of 100 KW, output of 30V / 5000A, and advanced rolling contact voltage regulator technology, this rectifier ensures long service life, high efficiency, and 100% continuous duty operation.
Unlike conventional dimmerstat type regulators, our on-load motorized regulators use vertical rolling contact type voltage regulators with heavy copper strip winding, providing 4–5% better efficiency and a service life exceeding 25 years.
